Many banks have increased their security measures and given more control to the user on what information may be shared with third party applications like Plaid.
These updates have caused some additional issues that appear as errors when looking to transfer funds to BettorEdge from your bank. If you're receiving an error, please try the following.
Unlink and relink your bank account within BettorEdge.
To unlink and relink, go to BettorEdge.
1. Open the menu and click "Add Funds", under My Accounts, click on the account noted.
2. Click "Unlink Account"
3. To Re-Link, click on "Add New Accounts" and "Instant Bank Transfer"
4. Find the appropriate bank and complete the necessary authentication and verification.
Each bank has a section when logging into your bank's online account titled, "Manage Access", "Manage Connected Apps", or "Manage 3rd Party Apps". Also, it may appear as a notification or messages at some banks as well.
If the first unlink/relink to your account doesn't work. Please revoke access to Plaid within you banking platform. This step may seem counterintuitive, but it will "forget" the prior integration and should open up a clean slate for a future linking to be successful.
After revoking access to plaid for your bank, please repeat steps 1-4 on BettorEdge.
